1. Who we are

This website is operated by IZI MEDIA GROUP LTD., UIC 207628440, ul. Kavala 14, Varna 9000, Bulgaria (“iZi Media Group”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at info@izimedia.gr or by post at the address above.

2. What data we collect

• Contact and project forms: name, email address, phone number, company, website, the service you are interested in and the content of your message.
• Partnership enquiries: the same details, plus information about your business that you choose to share.
• Emails and calls: the information you give us when you write to us or call us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through server logs and, where you have agreed, cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not ask for special categories of personal data through this website. Please do not send them to us.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal, at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To perform a contract with you or the company you represent (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep our website secure and working, and to defend legal claims, based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To measure and improve our website with analytics or marketing cookies, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.
• To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Who receives your data

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our hosting provider, email and IT providers and, if you consent, analytics providers. They process data on our instructions and under data processing agreements. We may also disclose data to authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards that are needed.

6. How long we keep your data

• Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Contract and billing records: for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law.
• Cookie data: as described in our Cookie Policy.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use these rights, write to info@izimedia.gr. We reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or with the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and regular backups.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
